"A member of the RICS, my career began in 1974 at Prudential Assurance's Estate Department, rising to Director responsible for the entire portfolio. In 1991 I joined Eagle Star Properties at Director level. Eagle Star became Threadneedle, where I was responsible for several Property Funds. In 1997 I moved to run UK Land Plc's investment portfolio, before jointly forming BAM in 2002."
BAM fact: David once measured a cinema in Southampton whilst a stripper was performing.
Graeme Canning

"A Member of the RICS, I joined BAM in 2004 after 18+ years as Investment Director at the Prudential. I was responsible for acquisitions, disposals and development, plus all aspects of Fund and Asset Management. This included being responsible for the £1bn+ West End retail and office portfolio."
BAM fact: Graeme is football mad... mad enough to have supported Chelsea FC since he was 5!
Gary Lees

Before joining BAM in 2006, I worked for King Sturge and as an Associate I was responsible for a broad range of property, co-ordinating staff nationally and reporting to many large national funds and individual property owners."
BAM fact: Gary was on a career break, working in the Rocky Mountains as a 'snowmaker' when BAM asked him to join.
Kate Howe
Asset Manager
"I am a relative newcomer to BAM, previously working for Close Brothers, Lambert Smith Hampton and Sun Alliance Group Properties, all based in the North West. I am also a Member of the RICS and have 25 years experience in Asset Management."
BAM fact: Kate has a Private Pilot's Licence and has been flying for nearly 20 years – she flies aerobatics for pleasure and at competition level.

"Prior to joining BAM in 2004, I worked as PA and Office Manager for Prudential Portfolio Managers for 8 years. During this time I worked within all surveying sectors including investment, leasing and property management."

Katie Manuli
Accounts Manager
"I have been the principle Accounts Manager at BAM since 2003. For the six years beforehand, I worked at UK Land Plc as their Office and Accounts Manager and was responsible for the famous Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre."
BAM fact: Outside of work Katie dedicates her time to her family and like the rest of BAM, loves her winter ski seasons!
